WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The DESOTO SWIFT TRACK CLUB is open to youth athletes ages 6 to 18.
Registration for the 2026 summer track season will be conducted ON-SITE ONLY. REGISTRATION STARTS MONDAY 03/16/2026 at 6:00pm at the DESOTO EAST MIDDLE SCHOOL TRACK.
Registration will remain open until our roster is full. Interested individuals may register on-site during standard practice hours of 6p-7:30p Monday, Tuesday and Thursday starting 3/16/2026 at our practice location.
To REGISTER, complete the WHAT YOU NEED TO DO steps and then join the team for practice at DESOTO EAST MIDDLE SCHOOL located at 601 E. Beltline Road, Desoto, TX. during practice hours.

2026 REGISTRATION FEE
Registration Fee Per:
- NEW Athlete: $350
- RETURNING Athlete: $250
-May be split into 2 payments.
-Fees may be subject to change.
-Updates will be posted in the event of fee changes.

Accepted payment methods:
- CASH or MONEY ORDER ONLY
Checks and Electronic payments will not be accepted
Payment Options
Registration fee payment may be split into two separate equal payments only.
In the event of a split payment, uniforms will be released upon the second payment submission.

Late Registration
Registration will remain open until our athlete roster is full.
Athletes 12 and under may be subject to a $25 late registration fees in the event full payment for participation is not submitted prior to the stated registration deadline. See DSTC staff for details.
Athletes ages 13 and older: Late Registration DOES NOT apply. However, all athletes are encouraged to register as soon as possible to reserve a spot on the official roster and secure uniform and team apparel.
Refund Policy
Registration Fee Refunds
Refunds may be issued only for amounts not already used for covered team expenses.
- $25 administrative fee: Non‑refundable.
- Uniforms: Non‑refundable once ordered.
- If the team has an inventory need, we may offer to buy back unworn uniforms, but this is not guaranteed.
- Championship Meet Fees (AAU District / USATF Association):
- If the team has not yet submitted your athlete’s payment to the governing body, that portion may be refunded upon request.
Non‑Refundable Situations
- No full or partial refunds will be issued if the season or scheduled events are canceled due to Covid‑19 or any circumstance outside the team’s control.
- No refunds will be granted or considered on or after April 13, 2026.
SWIFT GEAR Refunds
- Once ordered or received, no refunds will be issued unless the item is defective upon delivery.
- Gear not picked up by the end of the season is not guaranteed to be available.

Step 1 Complete Required Reading
- Read the DSTC Parent Code of Conduct
- Read the DSTC Athlete Code of Conduct with your athlete
- Read the DSTC Media Consent and Participation Release Waivers
* Submitting any portion of the registration fee confirms your acceptance of all SWIFT terms and conditions outlined in the REQUIRED READING.
Step 2: SUBMIT PAYMENT
See the DSTC Staff ON-SITE during practice dates/times to pay Registration Fee Payment: Cash or Money Order ONLY
- To secure a roster spot and initiate uniform order, payment in full or a minimum deposit of $175 is due upon registration.
- Registration fees must be paid in full by 04/13/2026.
Registration payments accepted: Cash Only/Money Order...no checks or electronic payments
STEP 3: Complete the Athlete Information Sheet (Registration Form)
After steps 1-2 are complete, see the DSTC Staff to complete the required Athlete Information Sheet per athlete being registered.
Note: As roster spots in each age division approach full capacity, DSTC staff may need to confirm availability before allowing registration.
Registration is not finalized, nor is the athlete considered registered until the minimum deposit is paid.
Step 4: Join the teams Communication platform "SportsYou"
Once steps 1-3 are complete, the DSTC Staff will invite you join the teams "SportsYou" group for the current season.
Please note only current team members are permitted to join the official chat group for the season.
Step 4: Registration is Complete once you have:
- Completed all steps listed above.
- Submitted a copy of your athletes BIRTH CERTIFICATE. --applies to new members only to: DSTC_DOCUMENTS@YAHOO.COM. Do not send questions to this email address.
- Submitted a current photo headshot--applies to new members only.
Registration requirements must be completed to secure your roster spot!
- Athletes begin practice starting Monday 03/16/2026. *
- Athletes participating in school track should register now but are not required to join SWIFT practice until immediately following the conclusion of their school track participation.
- Stay informed by staying connected to "SportsYou" and participating in Huddles/online meetings as announced.
